Customer service was horrible. Front desk person did not show me or even ask if I knew how to work equipment. It was parked far away which I had to walk to in the excessive heat. Also, didn’t go over mileage, gas information or even do a view of equipment before I got it from them. They said they have pics of the last check in so they will base it off those. Which i find to be odd because any other U-Haul place has gone over the vehicle with me before I drive off with their vehicle.
ERIN HI returned d equipment before time around 4pm. Dropped keys in box, but $20 was charged extra
Mohammed KInside of van was not cleaned prior to use. Smelled like an ashtray. Was obvious prior user was smoking in it. Found wrappers from a pack of cigars. Was paperwork left and a hotel parking pass left in it also. Something was spilled in the back from previous user.
Jeff RThis was a quick and easy check in. At the time I didn’t realize that they were going to charge me extra miles as I would have shared my pickup experience with this representative to explain why there were additional miles on the vehicle.
