JOSEPH JEverything was great, and the team in the store were fast, efficient, and friendly. Just really simple process, well-organized, and no hassle operations. Very much appreciated. The only thing I would tend to bitch about, is the "on-line" after hours check-in / return vehicle process (taking pictures, etc. -- just a rigamarole that I at least was not going to do) and internet exercise. I just skipped this and checked in with the team at the store the next day, and all was good. I'm just saying that that last step of "checking in/returning the vehicle" is NOT well thought out or likely even necessary. Regardless -- thanks for listening.
