This uhaul experience sucked. I made my reservation 5 days in advance. For smart art framing and no uhaul any where in Newberry sc 29108 . No heads up that I was going to have to drive 30 miles to Chapin sc to pick up a hual to a 1 mile of driving. Guess uhaul got there money out of me on the mileage. No appliances dolly . But the gentleman at the above location try to make it right. Very professional and understanding to my experience with uhaul. Uhaul support survived tryed to make it right also. Believe the charges could have been waved for sum of this due to the change in location out of my local area.

Mark KThe truck smelled so bad I gagged! Something died in it! The facility knew it was bad because deodorant capsules were attached to the vents. In addition, the air conditioner did not work! It should not have been rented!
