This location has issues checking in your returns. We were charged extra fees when same truck was checked in at a location 150 miles away. Owner of this location was unprofessional when we called to inquire what was going on. We had to provide proof to area manager that truck was returned to this location, which absolutely was ridiculous considering we walked into the location and turned the key over to the employee behind the counter. Who had to call the owner for instructions on how to check it back in. And yet, owner offered no assistance in trying to resolve their check in error. Shady things going on at this location. Unprofessional, inefficient with rental processes.

I was charged for an extra day. Since the offices were closed on Sundays, I was instructed to pick up the truck on Saturday. I picked up the key at about 1:30 Saturday but did not pick it up until 4:30 Saturday and didn't use it until Sunday. I was told I would not be charged for an extra day.
