After uhauls mistake at pickup, we returned the equipment an entire day early and we're told we'd get a refund for the early return. Instead we got a bill for 2 gal of gas when we returned it full. Yay.

Pick up and return the truck was a nighmare.. The service in WVso bad. The location in Leesburg it was a maze. Nobody to give explanations or directions. Bad experiencia.. and to think that I need to rent a truck again in a couple of months, scary.

PAge PMy pickup location changed twice. The second time 10 minutes before I arrived. The second location did not open for the day! But it got straightened out and I got a truck.
