1. The mobile app gave me issues to pick up the keys, had to call mobile support multiple times 2. The way the tucks are parked is 2 wheels on concrete 2 wheels in the mud. It was raining heavily the night before. I was not able to get out of the mud and got stuck, had to wait till the roadside assistance. I came to pickup the truck around 2pm, took me about an hour to get the keys. Then about 20 minutes of trying to get out from the mud, then waiting to the roadside assistance, by the time he got there and pulled the car out, it was 6pm, so not fun. I wouldn't recommend this location when the office is closed.
sharon eI booked this location because they said they are open on Sat 8-5PM. I booked a pick up at 11:30 but there was no one there, got an email, truck number but that was in a locket parking lot and noone provided us a entry code. I had to wait there for more than an hour before an area manager came and helped us get in. I had also requested for a dolly, got a confirmation that I will have it but they didn’t have it. So, overall a very bad experience.
Gaurav GDropped off after hours so did not interact with anyone there, not meant to be a negative response above.
Steven SSomeone in the pick up office changed the drop off location to somewhere else than what we told them and then we kept being notified that we had not returned the trailer we rented, which was excessively expense, when, in fact, we had returned it to the location that we specified. We were then sent emails that we were going to be charged late fees because we had not returned the trailer, which we actually had in a timely manner. Horrible experience.
