Overall, it was a very pleasant experience renting our U-Haul from RTS. The location was easy to find, with visible signage posted at the entrance to the lot on Tryon, and the office was nice as well. They had these really comfortable and cool looking chairs in there. When we got the truck, it was the cleanest U-Haul we had ever been in; makes me want to take my own car in for detailing! 5-star experience all around!
