I use the truck for 9 miles and paid for 4 gallons . It’s surprising. I have no idea how 4 gallons could be consumed in 9 miles

The staff need to be better trained on how to work the Uhaul system and they need training on how to communicate respectfully to each other and how to work as a team. It took them over an hour to get my reservation taken care of (which for about 30 mins they argued with us saying they could'nt find our reservation, even though we had confirmation in our hands but she said they couldnt help her...huh?) and then they couldn't find the keys to the truck. Then they have their keys to the Uhaul trucks hanging up on a clothes hanger (really a clothes hanger). This was a very unprofessional, and unorganized operation. Because of their lack of training and refusal to take the extra step and call Uhaul, I was late and behind in moving. This was the WORST experience that I have ever had with Uhaul. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend this facility.

I was beyond exhausted when I came in to pick up the vehicle. I do apologies to the gentleman who took care of my reservation. Small glitch in the beginning stages of reservation but very nice over all.

The location was hard to find. We drove back and forth three times and finally realized it was behind a dry cleaners.

The rental agents were very nice, but had no idea what they were doing. They had to call a manger to complete my rental, which was a very simple one-way trip. I had to sign a piece of blank paper to serve as my contract because their printer wasn't working, which later turned out to be a mistake that cost me $10 extra. I was then put into a truck with 1/8 tank of gas (they admitted they did not check the gauge when the last person returned it). So I immediately had to go to the gas station to fill up (with exactly the amount of gas that I knew I needed to get to my destination). The trip was fine, but when I arrived at my drop off, they tell me that I am in the wrong truck. The rental agents put me in a local truck rather than a one-way truck. Also, I returned the truck with 1/8 tank of gas, just like I received it, but was told I had to fill it to 1/4 tank because U-Haul doesn't allow you to drop of trucks lower than 1/4 tank. Not knowing this, I assumed my contract (that I never saw) would reflect the correct amount of fuel that I received (1/8 tank), but I was wrong. It said 1/4 tank was present when I took it. So I wasted $10 to fix their mistake. Very frustrating.

We knew the people personally that rented us this truck. They run a dry cleaners. The owner of the truck farms these things out to anything and everything. Roberto and his wife took on this project for some extra income. They had little knowledge when we rented but they bent over backwards to help us. Most of the time was spent on the phone with the owner. His trucks are poorly maintained. We spent 5 hours in the boonies waiting for a repair crew. Shame
