Spent 20 minutes trying to get key out of lock box and when we finally got it open there was no key in it and the guy said o I have it inside and he was even trying to unlock the lock box

Representative did not properly check equipment or gas meter. Gas was exactly the same as when I picked up the vehicle, but still got charged for 3 gallons at above market value despite the fact that the facility is in fact a gas station. Dangerous neighborhood, terrible customer service, and overcharged for improperly inspected equipment. I’m currently reporting fraud to my bank for the incorrect charges. Would love a contact from management but doubt that will happen.
Rita PThe truck I rented today at 1300 W Sugar Creek Rd had trash inside the cab, along with ashes and a strong smell of marijuana. It was completely unacceptable to drive a vehicle in that condition. The odor was overwhelming, got into my clothes, and made me feel sick.

Gwendolyn TI requested Moving pads/blankets and a dolly and there was no equipment at the establishment. It was advertised that the equipment was there. Therefore I request a partial refund. The truck was good but paying for something that was not available when it was advertised that it was I do not agree with.
