The designated drop-off location was over an hour and a half's drive from my area. When I stopped at another U-Haul dealer, they refused to accept the trailer, stating it would be costly for me to do so, even though they are a U-Haul facility. The location I tried to drop it off at in Monroe was at the Discount Furniture and Mattress strip mall. Located on HWY 74, Monroe. Additionally, I passed five other U-Haul locations on my way to the designated drop-off, which were a lot closer. The drop-off was a terrible customer experience.
