Had a great experience with this U-Haul. They made it so easy for my first rental experience. Will definitely recommend!
Barbara OCarmen was very nice and helpful. I would recommend telling customers that a ball hitch is not included with the tow dolly rental so they can get one ahead of time. Also that the tow dolly uses a 4pin electrical connecter, so the customer can purchase an adapter ahead of time if they need one. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you!

JERRY MIf the business hours were longer it would be a greater benefit to me. In Charlottesville VA, this location is the only U-Haul with a motorcycle trailer, so I either have to take time off from work or rent it for 2 days to take my motorcycle to the shop for service.
