Customer service was very good. My main issue was lack of parking. I was told I could not park my vehicle in their lot. When asked where I could park, I was told "the Superstore as they likely won't tow your vehicle". So, I had to park there, walk half a mile, crossing four lanes of traffic, pick up my UHaul and do it all again in reverse. UHaul is effectively deferring the cost, inconvenience and risk (risk of being towed or run over in traffic) onto the customer.ADRIAN D.

While the staff member we dealt with was excellent, and the truck itself in clean/good working condition, something must have gone wrong with the after hours check-in system. There is little to no way we drove 41 miles during our time with the truck. What we had anticipated as maybe a $60 dollar vehicle rental, turned into a $150 dollar rental. We were shocked, but had just put in a 12hr work day, and will be following up on this issue over the next few days. Besides the costs, everything went well.Irene M.

The person who dealt with us to get our truck was great, same with the person who returned our truck. Unfortunately the woman who was working that morning was quite rude. I understand covid regulations and the amount of people allowed in the building, but we were in the building waiting in line, one person in front of us and after 10 minutes were told we need to leave as only 5 people were allowed in the building and she was quite rude about it all. It was pouring rain outside, but we understood because of covid (even though there were only 3 customers in the building). Two people then exited so we entered, 3 minutes later she begins to yell at us again and told us we need to leave and wait outside.. by this point we are very upset with how this was handled. Honeslty if we didnt need the truck that morning we may have figured out a different truck option because of how rude one employee was.KATHERINE ANN B.
