Get employees that care about there job not complain that it was last minute rental which was only because the original place of pick up was an unmanned facility and if you have issues you need to call a customer service representative which made me have to drive another 30 minutes to deal with grouchy McGee behind the desk the back end was full of sand and some stuff from previous rental the vehicle maintenance was well kept which was nice but the overall headache with the um manned facility and putting me an hour behind schedule I was definitely more than disappointed!
