Less steps to the uhaul pick up. There were way too many steps involved with the process.
David GWas great, aside from not quite being sure if I had Safemove coverage or not - thought we sorted this at the desk but the contract I was emailed said I didn't have it which was a bit unnerving? On plus side, allowed an early pickup, van drove well and dropoff was easy. Cheers
