The trailer was burried in a snow bank. (This was a week after the snowfall. ) I waited while the agent dug it out. We then used my car to pull it out from snow bank. The driveway was never plowed, so there was ice everywhere, My car got damaged trying to follow his directions. I'm very upset about that. Then the agent expected me to back the trailer out through the snow - a near impossible task. I finally convinced him to detach the trailer and push it to a location where my car could pull it.
Carl SThe truck was covered with snow. Was very confusing to get the key for the truck. There was no person on the desk. Have to talk to the person on the ring camera. Take a while to find the truck key. The truck was almost empty under the quarter tank fuel. They charge me $44 for refueling the truck wich trying to make more money for rental
MEHRABAN DI would recommend this drop of location if you are located near it. However, we were not and UHAUL changed our drop off location and it was late at night and we were charged more. Just not a good way to do business. How an agent changed our location from Sparta to Mountain Lakes is beyond me.
