I was charged an additional $70 at the time of drop off that I was not expecting. I am having EXTREME financial issues at this time and had to move out of an abusive situation quickly. The clerk at Grand Convenience Store in Chatham was notified of my financial hardship at time of drop off and asked to even just wait but still charged my card anyway. I WAS NOT told that I had to fill the truck back with gas. Only to take a picture of the levels before and after. I will NEVER use uhaul again and will tell annyone and everyone about my experience. The cost of $160 took my entire savings to buy groceries after moving to get myself and my daughter safe.

had an issue with drop off location. man at the front was very helpful and did everything he could to help us out. would recommend and will come again.
ashton sCharged for miles never used, when over paid, vendor stuck asking for more rather than offer my extra balance as refund. Truck direly need service, not sure why I am paying full price for a truck in disrepair. Advanactrac needing service, alignment needed, and uphill start not functional
