I would not rent from this location again. The vehicle that I reserved was not available, the vehicle that was provided to me had not been cleaned, in the vehicle that was given to me was below empty. Also, the safe move charge appeared on my Final bill when I specifically did not request it.

The front drivers side ball joint was very worn and loose. The windshield wipers and radio antenae had been stolen from the van. The gal at the front desk was very friendly but could not replace/repair the worn and missing items from the Uhaul truck

Jairo PI was told there was 1/4 tank levels however it was below reserve level I had to put $60 gas to get to 1/4 tank. The gas cover was missing I suspect people are stealing the gas there is no security on the complex and not safe. I got the van dirty with no windshield wipers. Worst location ever!!
SASHELL MDouble check the amount of fuel before charging a credit card. We returned it with more gas than it had when we picked it up but were charged extra for fuel. That said, when it was brought to their attention they remedied the situation right away.
