I got scammed on gas. I had to put 16 liters of gas for 10 kms. So, essentially, Uhaul and this location is telling me that their 9 foot van does 160 liters per 100km as fuel economy, which makes no sense because at worse it does 17 liters per 100km. And I had a light cargo. It's ridiculous to have paid 33$ of gas to do 10km and having known that, I would have rented somewhere else. Sad to see that your business model is scamming people.
Yannick BPoor service, had to go take the return picture for mileage + gas. They tried to overcharge me half a tank of gas when it was at a bit less than 3/8. If I didn<t took a picture, I would have been charged. I got threaten with a cleaning fee if I didn<t pass a broom.
