Hi, I need to talk to someone from customer service. I rented a UHaul yesterday. When I picked it up, an amount of 307,85 $ was charged to my credit card. I representative told me this was an estimation of the total cost. So far, I understand. My problem is that when I brought back the vehicle, the bill was much less : 130,42 $. The representative told me that the difference would be reinbursed on my card. We are a day later and I see no reimbursment on my credit card. I need someone to contact me so that the situation can be fixed. Have a nice day.
Anne AI rented the truck on 07/30/2026 and I had it until 08/01/2026. We finished moving earlier than expected so we brought the truck there at 5pm on 07/30/2026. We put the keys inside the U-Haul key box and we left. On 08/01/2026, I received a call at 9am saying we did not bring back the truck. I asked the lady if they checked the U-Haul key box and she said no, she went to check and she said she had it. I received a bill of 64$ because she never checked the box and 'checked out' the truck late... I called multiple times for a refund on their side and they never called back. I'm really furious because they did not do their job properly and never called me back for a mistake they did.
