I was disapointed this time. Because, I brouhgt back the truck on time, but you make me pay for extra hours that I didn't do. I am so fustrated.
JERRY RThe employee I first spoke with did not acknowledge me from the beginning of the interaction. After I greeted her, she directed all communication to my husband and repeatedly ignored my attempts to provide the reservation information. When she could not hear the name on the reservation correctly, I tried to show her the spelling and reservation number on my phone, but she continued speaking only to my husband, despite him telling her that I had the information she needed. Thankfully, her colleague stepped in and assisted us so the process could move forward, as other customers were waiting as well.
