Went to pick up the van at 2:30 as I requested and was told by the receptionist that no car was available and thta they will call us. They called us at 4:30 and no compensation was offered or at least showed on my receipt.
Saverio TThe values and information are not clear. I used the van to 51km trip, and I was charged in 55 CAD just for fuel. It was not a good deal, because if you need it for a little trip, it'll cost you more than you can see at the website. The application does not work well, both website and application are very confuse. For me it's the first and last time I locate an U-Hal vehicle.

Gisele PI was disapointed this time. Because, I brouhgt back the truck on time, but you make me pay for extra hours that I didn't do. I am so fustrated.
