Claude FHi, Your website for uploading before/after contract photos is not working. I gave up after 4 tries. Your online booking site is the same. I was charged for 150 Km when I only drove 146 Km.
Anne CHi, I need to talk to someone from customer service. I rented a UHaul yesterday. When I picked it up, an amount of 307,85 $ was charged to my credit card. I representative told me this was an estimation of the total cost. So far, I understand. My problem is that when I brought back the vehicle, the bill was much less : 130,42 $. The representative told me that the difference would be reinbursed on my card. We are a day later and I see no reimbursment on my credit card. I need someone to contact me so that the situation can be fixed. Have a nice day.
