Reserve un diable. Pas sur place. Dépense du gars et une heure et demi de temps. En plus ils on eu l audance de vouloir me faire payer le retard. C est dégoûtant traiter des clients de la sorte. J ai reclamme le remboursement du diable loue et j espère au moins avoir réparation. Pas certaine de Booker a nouveau avec eux

I didn't get the right Dolly so I had to buy straps at the store. When I got in the Truck, the wheel weren't align, so the stearing wheel wasn't like it's supposer to. Mathieu BExplain the process on how you rent with your app. I don’t understand why I should fill again forms that I already did on the web. Here what I did : I rent a truck on the website, then receive an email inviting me to download this app. Once I select « pick my truck » on the app, I have to fill again everything you asked on the website.. and TBH I don’t understand why. I feel confuse and try to loose the process twice.. to finally completed and take the truck.
