The parking lot being very slippery should be addressed and sanded appropriately for our winters. My husband slipped, fell and hurt himself two times in the parking lot, once when picking up the truck and again after dropping it off. He luckily just missed hitting his head both times. It would've been a 5 star review otherwise.

Small tight parking lot, no spotter to back in off road tight to building
KAYDEN SNot much to improve really, but equipment "inventory" is only what has been recently dropped off. If the store is busy with customers, it could take a while to get processed and on the road.
