Wasted 2 hours of my day while had people waiting and on the payroll.
THOMAS WIt was unnerving thinking we could pick up a truck and drop it off and never see anyone at either place- So some video or something - would have helped- we were afraid that the tight time line on moving would somehow got disrupted because of equipment issues- that did not happen

Ryan HWe dropped off prior to our end time on the contract and I'm still getting emails about our rental return. I also received a charge fr an additional day that should not be there. None of the phone #'s to this location get an answer. I've sent a message via email and left several voice messages and no one has returned. I'm still trying to talk with someone about the additional charge.
