No cel service in that area so remote pickup using my cellphone was nearly impossible. Be clear that the facility has WiFi and increase the WiFi signal. Very frustrating doing pickup having to provide pictures, etc.

Alice Di made reservations online was changed TWICE to location that was not close although the truck was available where I initially reserved
MELANIE SWasted 2 hours of my day while had people waiting and on the payroll.
THOMAS WIt was unnerving thinking we could pick up a truck and drop it off and never see anyone at either place- So some video or something - would have helped- we were afraid that the tight time line on moving would somehow got disrupted because of equipment issues- that did not happen
