The owner of Carters is really friendly and efficient. The process to rent was simple using the online app and checking in with him briefly. He explained everything concisely, and we had no problem returning the vehicle after hours. As for the truck, it was clean and well-maintained. All of the features like the built in dolly and EZ load ramp made moving much simpler. As a first-time U-haul renter, I found driving the truck was intuitive. Will be using U-haul again for any future moves!

Car trailer had one bald tire and I had to call roadside assistance to have it replaced second day of driving. Facility should have noticed that before letting me take the trailer especially since the trip was 2600 miles.
