The reservation line messed up my reservation. Drove extra miles because of it and still got charged the miles. Disappointing

Shante RI got charged 1.20 per mile instead of .99c They charged me and hit me with all sorts of fees afterwards. 4 day rental with the gas I out in MD mileage at 160 miles this bill came out to 410.00
JOSEPH BI would recommend but not on a Sunday. The UHaul app is so complicated and time consuming. In addition, this location does not have great cell service and the app was very slow to update. The lock to get the key is rusty and did not open the first time. UHaul customer service did an excellent job to provide me with the code and walk me through the process. Total check in time was approximately 40 minutes.
Joseph Creturning after hours was very difficult with no reliable cell phone service to upload the pictures.
