It was perfect! We had to move back our date and they were responsive and unbelievably understanding and helpful. The check in was smooth and the drop off was simple which helps removing the stress of moving. I would highly recommend this great location!!!

The vehicle was not cleaned. We reported it. We had to clean it once we got home before moving. Cheryl was very kind and helpful at the location in Chesterton. She answered our phone calls each time. She was so nice!!!
Christine BUsually a perfect experience here because I have rented many times at this location. Always Great! But the trailer this time seems to have bad leaf springs and was difficult to drive . Made known to office I rented from Bonin. Cheryl is great to rent from. She did not know bout this but made her aware.
