As a 60+ woman, I would've appreciate an advanced notice that I had to return the truck by a certain time! I had an emergency move and was happy to have found a truck to rent that the furthest thing in my mind was a return time. Yes, it was on the receipt, in super fine print. And, the return could've been explained too! This would've helped a lot and would've saved me money in the long run. Lesson learned!

Cheryl is AMAZING! I hired movers for a cross-country move, and it fell apart in the 11th hour :/ Cheryl jumped right in, located the equipment (20’ truck and car hauler), and found movers to help pack the truck up. Although the move didn’t go exactly as planned, Cheryl helped make it happen. And I was able to keep to my original move schedule. Forever thankful!
Wendy AThe problem with the right rear light was that extender for the four prong. It’s in that if you wiggle it, you can make the lights come on and off again all four all two lights working back. You just gotta wiggle that wire a lot.
Ray SConfirm rental return times with renters so that the next renter isn't delayed by a late return. If schedule for pickup time is not kept then the driver will be late with laborers for loading/unloading.
WILLIAM KWhen I went to return the key in the lock box I had locked it after I removed the key and so when I checked out they did not give me the code again. And so I put it in number two lock box. And there's another concern that this location should know is that lockbox number two and three were open with keys in it. Otherwise that was a great experience
