The vehicle was ready and clean. Check out and in was very quick. Importantly the vehicle was the particular size I reserved (other truck rental companies sometimes promise a X-ft and only have Y-ft when your arrive). My only other observation is about cab size. At 6'4"' tall and a less than svelte 235lbs a 10' (ten foot) size was a very tight fit for me as the driver. In hindsight I should have selected a 15ft truck, just to the extra leg room.
