Rhonda went above and beyond to ensure our Uhaul experience was a good one. However, her going above and beyond could never replace the lack of communication from the cooperate office, as well as the unprofessional services that has caused us more money due to inconsistent communication with equipment availability. We also had issues with the fuel in our truck
