Rhonda went above and beyond when our reservation got moved to this location. She was polite and courteous even though we were very frustrated at having to go to two locations to pick up trucks.
JANELLE SIt seems to me this place could do with hiring at least 1 reliable person. My reservation was almost 3 hours late because whoever closed didn’t get the truck set up for the 24/7 pickup outside of business hours. I received a plethora of excuses. Their only saving grace was not charging me the full amount for the time I had the truck. Owner/Manager seemed nice, just probably needs to have a better hiring process so she’s not left handling everything alone. I won’t be using UHaul’s services anymore, or referring people to them.
Jeremiah TThe rental itself was fine, zero issues, but when I returned it, whoever was working had their dog with them, and they both went to go see my dogs who were in the cab of my truck, and the U-Haul member’s dog jumped up several times and scratched up the door of my truck.
Matt CThe location hours on the UHaul website showed that this facility would be open in the afternoons. We went to drop off our truck during these hours and found it to be closed. We called the numbers posted on the door and received no answer. After speaking with a U-Haul representative online we were told to deposit the keys in the drop box. It took several phone calls the next day for our account to reflect that the truck had been returned.
