Have someone at the location when people are picking up their trucks. Nothing online showed this as being a dropbox key pickup. Hair salon that this was being ran out of wasn't open on Mondays which is when I rented my truck. Besides the pickup process, everything else was smooth. Online return process was simple and there was a sign telling you what to do if you were doing a self return, which the pickup process did not have.
Andrew SGas in tank when picked up was very low. Tank should not be rented out with fuel that low.
JOSEPH LCheck the truck requirements before deliver, Truck had less than 1/2 tank of gas when picked up.
