I was wrongly charged for mileage. The pickup location was changed 1 hour before, which added a few miles more to my entire trip.

The entire experience with U-Haul, other than the nice people in Wilmore, was terrible. The original pickup location, despite a reservation, didn't have any trucks, including mine. The drop off location was closed permanently and the phone number to change drop off location would not answer. Finally dropped the truck at unauthorized location. Hope Enterprise rental is better experience in the future.
