My contract had me dropping at Grand Shell (505 N Ashland), where I'd have to use the app since they had not attendants. I did NOT want to add another app to my phone for a one-time usage. I called UHaul Central and after a LONG wait time I was directed to another UHaul facility (641 N Ashland). I was about to leave when a staff manager told me they have been telling UHaul NOT to send 15" trucks to their facility for drop off as they don't have the space. I had to get back on the phone, AGAIN, and AGAIN have a LONG wait until I spoke with someone who directed me to Devon Self Storage - but AFTER she called them first to make sure an attendant was available AND that they'd accept a 15' truck. Other than a LOT of run around at the end of my rental, UHaul was amazingly great to work with. All the phone staff were always professional, helpful and caring.

BRIAN CYou can instruct your associates not to lie to customers as I was lied to about the cost of keeping the truck an extra day your customer service is abysmal and I intend to tell every single person I ever meet to never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever use u haul because you are dishonest and have horrible practices using U-Haul has c ost me about $200 more than I would have spent had I gone with a different company totally disappointed
TRACY JWe reserved for 12pm, which was the location’s lunch hour. As a result, we waited an hour to pick up our truck. I wish the location either contacted us ahead of time to let us know they’d be out and to reschedule or did not allow scheduling during their lunch hour at all.
