truck was located offsite, around the corner, about 2 blocks away, truck was dirty, had not been washed in a while, windshield had cracks, interior was rough. Cargo area had about 2 dozen moving blanket and a 2 wheeled small dolly, even though I did not request any. Drop off was not as instructed, agent notified me that i needed to leave on side street, but after driving around for 20 minutes ended up leaving on another side street with legal parking.
Joaquin CBooking process was terrible. I wanted to reschedule my Return reservation and it took forever. Never again.
