Truck was about a mile away from where it was mentioned. Found the truck and then spent 45 minutes looking for the lock box as there were no directions to find it other than it being “to the left of the garage.” The rear view mirror was broken and engine light was on. 505 N Ashland location was about as big of a nightmare experience as I could have experienced where the location lost the keys to my prior reservation TWICE and guaranteed me a truck they couldn’t provide. All in all, I was just lucky to find anything usable for a move that is now costing me hundreds in fees due to rescheduled mover and cleaning services. Safe to say U-Haul is the last thing I want to hear about for a long time.

I used the truck for 4 hours and was charged for 2 days. The instructions related that I needed to park the truck on the street in a specific area and there was no street parking available. Overall terrible experience. And I should be refunded a day because I did not use the truck for 2 days.

Azlan TWhen you offer add-ons (blanket covers, dolly, etc), make sure they’re in the truck upon pickup. Completely messed up my move and items. I’d like a refund of some sort. 20% off would be nice.
