I’m already paid and express checkin online. But they changed pick up location then start over process and I was already paid online full amount. But they said need pay tax $14.some cent. I never understand that. Not happy and not satisfied. I don’t use nomore uhaul

The customer service representative spoke quickly and was difficult to understand. She also was not very informative regarding the process of returning the vehicle. I had to ask several questions regarding the details of returning the vehicle after hours rather than the process being explained to me upfront. When I checked the mileage and gas level before leaving the lot, they were both different then what was written on my contract as the status of that truck. The truck that I got seemed to have a mechanical issue and did not shift smoothly. I was also overcharged for the furniture pads. Rather than being charged 5 dollars as I was told was the fee over the phone, I was charged 10. I will be calling about this part of my bill. I did appreciate the ability to reserve and pick up the truck on short notice. I initially called the location on 47th and Central. The representative there was very helpful in assisting me in finding and reserving a truck.

Used trailer for 6 hours I got charged for 2 days because I was late 1 hour, called in before to notify i was going to be late no one mentioned about the double charge, never had issues with this before, never got charged, probably wont use this company again

Was over charged ,the attendant on the phone couldn't help on the issue .couldn't answer any questions on the issue, and had an attitude. It sucks

Uhaul charged me for an extra day because I could not sign in and create an account to check in the uhaul after hours and they still charged 35$ To my account and that was money I did not have. You need to improve your online login unless this account s a way for uhaul to make more money off there customers for their computer glitch. I’m still so very upset my money has not been refund d back to my account.

I am a long term customer this was my fisrt time at the location, I was sent here Because of availability of trailers Didn't like the fact that I had to give them a phone number for them to call someone to verify if they know me never had to go through that ever as a customer through you haul Confused because she told me it was policy I felt like they thought I was going to steal the equipment And I told her I was a long term customer and did not understand this But I went through it anyway but I will never go to this location again Cause I did not understand why I had to go through that

It would have been nice to know beforehand that you weren't going to believe any claims about the fuel level, cleanliness status, and parking location of the vehicle during an after-hours return and would require photographic evidence.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Though the truck I had reserved was not available due to issues the previous customer was having, they gave me a price break on a smaller vehicle and some cold bottled water which was invaluable in the 90-degree+ heat! I highly recommend this location for the professional, thoughtful staff.

The staff at the 500 W. Cermak and 3401 W. 47th Street locations are so great. We had a very stressful experience with our first location, getting stood up, then going to Cermak before finally getting our truck at 47th, where the gentleman there got us our truck quickly and took good care of us. The ladies at Cermak were truly wonderful. Please give them bonuses for doing such a great job at fixing a problem that someone else caused, and being so kind to us when we were panicking. Great customer service from them specifically.

This was my worst experience with UHaul yet. When I arrived, it took over an hour to check out my vehicle, do the damage check with the customer service clerk, and drive off the lot. I wasted over an HOUR of my reservation time waiting on the UHaul staff...

We rented a 5x8 trailer and bought the hitch/ ball. The man that worked there put it on and told us this isn't the right size, he showed us a picture and told us see you need the longer one. So he sent us to a different location to buy it. When we got to the other location a lady said we needed the same exact one the man tried to put on our car. I let her know that and she responded yes this is the right one it just needs to be flipped to fit right! Yes she was extremely helpful and for the man at the location we got our trailer from, he lied to us saying we needed a different size when all he needed to do was flip it for it to fit! So when I got back there to pick up my trailer and let him know that I wasted 2 hours of my time, he replied well we don't have the tools to take the big nut off and secure it to your SUV!!!! I told him you should have said that you don't have tools instead of lying saying we needed a longer neck hitch! Never again will I go to 47th street location

Have the reserved vehicle ready. It seems that you over rent your trucks. When I arrived you had no trucks available for me so I had to wait for the prior customer to return the truck. This is not an isolated case as another customer who arrived after me had the same problem, his truck was not ready either and had to wait for a truck as well.
