Make sure George that works at this location doesn't add on any of the offers u don't want. And call U-Haul direct if u need to extend your rental bcuz George will tell u u have to 6pm and customer service will tell u 423pmnvery specific time and also lyk if u come after the return time of 423pm or whatever may b your return time CS makes u aware of past that time u will b charged another day. Where George fails to make u aware of that as well. Me personally don't think U-Haul should b allowing him to rent their trucks

WANDER RThe location opens at 9:00 AM, but George didn’t show up until 10:30 AM. Because of the delay, I had already started calling customer service to arrange another haul since I was running late and being charged by the hour for movers I had already paid for. While I was on the phone with customer service, George had an attitude and said, “I was late, so what, it happens.” When I told him he was being rude and not customer-friendly, he responded with, “Do you want to rent the haul or what?” He then told me I had called the wrong number and said, “Oh no, you should call this number,” even though customer service had already been on the line and heard the entire interaction. Customer service did nothing to address the situation, and George offered no apology or compensation for being an hour and a half late. This was extremely frustrating and costly given that I was paying movers by the hour. I’m very disappointed, especially since this location was convenient and had multiple rental options. Poor customer service and lack of accountability.
