This had nothing to do with the Truck rental at this location. This had to do with my overall UBox experience which I'm guessing I haven't been asked for a review for because the boxes just got here. 1. I wasn't given the correct address for the Ubox pick up. I paid more for gas than I should have and wasted valuable loading time 2. Was not given the correct info on locks. I had to buy 2 new locks for my Ubox's ultimately wasting more money and more time. 3. The Uboxs were in horrible condition. One would not close. Keep better inventory of your equipment so customers are not going to seperate stores to get the right equipment for the project.

It seemed that they are short handed in the yard at time And poorly under staffed in the intake lobby. In my opinion you need help when the influx of clients come in for equipment. Was very busy this day. Waited almost an hour between intake and hookup to vehicle. By the way there was an issue in lobby by customers who passed this on to others. Not your employee,s fault for delays. However if the issues in lobby could have been avoided just maybe things could have had a better result and experience.

If a customer pays for a dolly and then drives to their home/ apartment and finds no dolly and then has to drive back to the pick up (U-haul) location to retrieve it and not be credited for the miles used for the inconvenience maybe this location would of received a better rating from me. I have rented from here 6-8 times and this was the first time I received poor service and was still charged for the employees inconvenience

Our only issue was that the computer systems were running extremely slow delaying our process about an hour. Not the fault of the staff who were great but perhaps time to upgrade the server at that location due to the high volume of customers.

I waited 3 hours for the truck and then when I took the truck back to the Fullerton and Pulaski location the staff was not the most pleasant and the manager told me there was nothing he could do for me at all and he was very nasty and I’m VERY disappointed and I will not be patronizing UHAUL again!

I encountered a little problem when I was returning the truck in the night. The system couldn’t process my payment which is the final stage of self check-in. I dropped the key and left but when I contacted uhaul the next day, they told me everything was successful. I think there should be improvement in processing payments for returns to help save customers some time.

Not realizing that the last weekend of the month is the busiest. I reserved a 10' truck a week ago, and 24 hours prior was given a different pickup location. Spoke with customer service to get a different pickup. Was able to tweek my plans a bit to accomodate the UHaul crazy busy schedule, and was given extra miles for the inconvenience. Picked up my truck from 4100 W Fullerton, the woman I dealt with was dealing with a network that kept going down but she maintained her composure and was very friendly and professional. My experience with UHaul this time and many prior times have been above exceptional. Extremely happy with the product, the service, and the friendly / professional staff. I can not see myself ever renting from anyone else!

There was only one employee present at the time when I arrived to get my equipment, leading to wait times of close to 30 minutes. Not only that upon returning the equipment, there was not an employee any where nearby and I had to go looking for someone to complete my return. The return was not actually completed even though I was assured I was all set before I left. Then I received a call several hours later looking for the van I had already returned, and I received a fuel charge even though I was within less than a gallon of the expected return.

Gentleman greeted me outside, took my keys and said go inside to drop off papers. Gentleman inside at counter told me to go back outside and get checked out there. I went back outside and was told I was good to go.

Once I got someone who could unhook the auto transport from the truck, the location was great. Unfortunately, that took 30 minutes easily and in the meantime, my movers who were on time were left standing around ... and me paying for their unused time.
