The staff was friendly and very patient but the facilities were terrible. The building is sprawling and there only seemed to be one elevator working at one end of the building, which maybe was stated on the map when picking the unit but it wasn't clear to me, so that was frustrating. The worst part is the key codes and swipe cards were very unreliable in the loading dock and elevator. When I arrived with my movers, my pin was deactivated and my card didn't work, despite having no issues when I loaded my unit a few weeks prior and hadn't missed any payments or notices. Very frustrating to have to run all the way to the office to reactivate/get reassigned access for no reason, and was only able to either reactivate the card or be given a new pin but not both. Why? The facilties were awful to use. And requiring the Uhaul app to facilitate "check ins" and give a ton of personal and phone data is ridiculous. The facilties also seemed to have a rat problem; I wasn't thrilled finding rat poison in the unit but perhaps that is par for the course. I would not use Uhaul again.
