It was just a drop-off location (i.e. no personnel or office). The site was fine, but its location was not my choice for a drop-off. I had originally selected a site that was much closer to my destination, but U-haul changed the location at the last minute.

Really narrow parking spots with lots of traffic from the nearby KFC making it difficult to park safely.
Warren GTerrible experience with U-Haul. I paid to pick up at this location and when I got to the drop box where my keys were supposed to be and they weren’t in there. Customer service took forever and when I finally got them they had me open ever drop box lock and there were no keys in any of them. I was supposed to be transferred to a manager I was on hold for 45 mins and still no manager came to the phone. I finally hung up. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this location.
