Friendly people and were helpful but did not have the moving blankets that I had requested, not a huge deal but would have been nice to have.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkRented a vehicle at my desired location and was lured to a further location for a $60 credit. Called back to clarify that I had the rental for 24 hours and was told by Diana that was correct, received a call before I finished moving to return the vehicle by 4pm 2 hours short of what I understood to be my term. The location added unnecessary miles. I would like a refund, which I was told I’d be accommodated but there was no person on site or followed up with me.
