My pick-up time was 8:30am so that is when I arrived. The shop did not open until 9:00am and I had to wait 30 minutes as there was no method to pick it up even though it was "24-7 rental". They did not have the furniture dolly even though the U-Haul representative that called me the day prior stated that it was available. I was also changed to this location from a closer one about 12 hours prior to pick-up time.
ADRIAN NA bit of a slow start with a new employee and limited on site support but manager was super efficient and processional. Staff were helpful and communicative.
John HKenny was great. He was professional from the time i called him to the time i dropped off the uhaul. He greeted me at the truck took the keys Looked over the truck Checked the truck in and said im all set. Shook my hand and thanked me for useing uhaul.its nice to deal with professionals.
