When I went on website to reserve the uhaul van.. It said I had to do a mobile pick up.. Because the location would be closed.. I got there.. It was open.. But he was closing..i asked him to do it for me.. He wasn't happy..but ultimately did it for me.. The mobile pick up is a bunch of hoops to jump through..and I was afraid it wouldnt work then I wouldnt get the van..

Had to wait for sales rep, Sev, to finish a text message before helping me. Also was charged an extra mileage fee. The mileage on the 10' truck I took it out was 59938 and it was 59943 when I returned it (5 miles). However, I was charged for 59944.

Make sure van outside is cleaner

The gentleman that assisted me was great and the truck was very clean; however, there was significant damage to both the driver and passenger doors when he pulled it around for me to depart (from a previous customer). The driver door was so damaged that the window was only able to be rolled down 1/4 of the way, making toll booth stops pretty inconvenient. The drop off location was very understanding and did not give me a hassle about it thankfully. Overall, this location was pretty good and that may have been the only 15 foot truck they had available, so I would definitely consider using this location again.

The checkin/checkout process was very fast. The truck itself was muddy but overall not terribly dirty. The cabin was completely clean. Overall, nothing better can be done for the next customer.

I have rented uhauls previously. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The bigger issues were not related to the location but Uhaul Customer Service and your website. I would like a call from your complaint department at 612-834-4403.

The truck's gas tank wasn't full when I picked it up, but no one confirmed that. So I was charged to refill the tank.

The person at the front desk (assuming it is the owner) was very rude. It was my first time renting from UHaul, so I was unsure of some logistics and he gave me abrupt yes or no answers. When signing the contract, I asked what I am signing for and all he said is this is the contract between me and you, no clarification on what it entailed. The UHaul it self served my purpose, but I would not go back to his location due to this person's behavior.

The employee Just put insurance on my order without asking me. When I confronted him, he stated if I don’t say I don’t want insurance it is assumed that I do. The other location I used offered to me. He is going to take it off the bill. Then he hung up on me. Poor service. Also he didn’t do a pre drive inspection with me.

This was my reservation drop-off location, but when I arrived my spot had been taken and the attendant told me that there was no room for me. Did not save my reservation spot. Told me I can park on the street, but that I run the risk of getting a $75 parking ticket.

Incredibly rude and dismissive service... got charged a $25 cleaning fee. I left a blanket in the back and forgot to throw it away. I was parked maybe 10 feet from a dumpster. I will absolutely never use this service and will certain to share my experience whenever the opportunity lends itself.

Sat and waited for over 20 to 30 mins both at the front end and then again when I went to return the vehicle. Then after waiting and not getting even so much as I am sorry the clerk gave me attitude. Obviously my business was inconveniencing him. He also lost business while I waited for because people came in to rent trucks and no one was there to talk to them. Literally the office is left open and unlocked with no one in it. Both times this clerk and back he was driving a personal vehicle so it did not appear that he was doing anything work related. Over all would recommend that people stay away from renting here. uhaul is a good company that I have used many times. This clerk and this location do not represent uhaul at all. You want good service go elsewhere.

The employee was not on site when I arrived, both myself and a second person had to wait around 10/15 mins for her to get back from 'shopping'. Once she arrived, she was very nice and efficient. The van smelt terrible and there was cat hair, suggesting a pet had urinated in the passenger area. I mentioned when checking back in and was told it was a rubber smell. Not sure I believed that.
