The representative behind the desk was probably the most rude,crass, and non-friendly person I've dealt with in a long time! So much so,I called customer service to make a formal complaint earlier today. His tone is out of control with people who are giving his establishment business. He makes it seem like it's a chore to be at work. When I arrived this morning he parked the truck in a tow zone and the truck got a ticket, I walked back in to give him the ticket ,and grante she was with another customer,I patiently waited behind her and he looked up from the desk and said "ummmm,can I help you with something".... yeah,rude. I would never in my life recommend this location to anyone for their moving needs. This man needs a massive attitude adjustment.

Was a bit lost with this drop-off since it was after hours, nowhere on the outdoor sign did it say where to park the truck properly. There was a back alley that was storing U-Hauls so this seemed like the local place but if we received a ticket it would not have been known otherwise. Luckily, there was an auto shop worker still in the repair shop after hours and he helped us out.

The shopkeeper saw my brother and I through the window try to deal with the box and UHaul app for 45 minutes. I went in at some point to talk to someone and he, Anthony, was very condescending. The 'easy' mobile check-in process took an entire hour.

When I went on website to reserve the uhaul van.. It said I had to do a mobile pick up.. Because the location would be closed.. I got there.. It was open.. But he was closing..i asked him to do it for me.. He wasn't happy..but ultimately did it for me.. The mobile pick up is a bunch of hoops to jump through..and I was afraid it wouldnt work then I wouldnt get the van..

Had to wait for sales rep, Sev, to finish a text message before helping me. Also was charged an extra mileage fee. The mileage on the 10' truck I took it out was 59938 and it was 59943 when I returned it (5 miles). However, I was charged for 59944.

The gentleman that assisted me was great and the truck was very clean; however, there was significant damage to both the driver and passenger doors when he pulled it around for me to depart (from a previous customer). The driver door was so damaged that the window was only able to be rolled down 1/4 of the way, making toll booth stops pretty inconvenient. The drop off location was very understanding and did not give me a hassle about it thankfully. Overall, this location was pretty good and that may have been the only 15 foot truck they had available, so I would definitely consider using this location again.

The checkin/checkout process was very fast. The truck itself was muddy but overall not terribly dirty. The cabin was completely clean. Overall, nothing better can be done for the next customer.

I have rented uhauls previously. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The bigger issues were not related to the location but Uhaul Customer Service and your website. I would like a call from your complaint department at 612-834-4403.

The truck's gas tank wasn't full when I picked it up, but no one confirmed that. So I was charged to refill the tank.

The person at the front desk (assuming it is the owner) was very rude. It was my first time renting from UHaul, so I was unsure of some logistics and he gave me abrupt yes or no answers. When signing the contract, I asked what I am signing for and all he said is this is the contract between me and you, no clarification on what it entailed. The UHaul it self served my purpose, but I would not go back to his location due to this person's behavior.

THE ENTIRE APP PROCESS OF PICKING UP THE VAN WAS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS WAY TO RENT A UHAUL AGAIN. INCREDIBLY TIME CONSUMING, APP WOULD NOT ACCEPT INFORMATION. PERSON AS THE LOCATION WAS WORSE THAN THE APP. YOU'VE GOT A REAL ISSUE HERE!

The employee Just put insurance on my order without asking me. When I confronted him, he stated if I don’t say I don’t want insurance it is assumed that I do. The other location I used offered to me. He is going to take it off the bill. Then he hung up on me. Poor service. Also he didn’t do a pre drive inspection with me.

This was my reservation drop-off location, but when I arrived my spot had been taken and the attendant told me that there was no room for me. Did not save my reservation spot. Told me I can park on the street, but that I run the risk of getting a $75 parking ticket.
