I'm not sure why I have to do all this stuff with the app to pick up the van, but then still have to go inside and wait in line to get the keys.

Dmitriy MI got the $30 a day insurance. Then I got the extra $5 a day insurance for total coverage and peace of mind (as ad said). Then when I had a minor rear view mirror crack when someone hit my rear view mirror - you guessed it - NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE AND DEDUCTIBLE SO I STILL HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR DAMAGE. What did TWO layers of insurance buy? This may not be local dealerships fault but its UHauls fault for misrepresenting coverage and claiming to give you peace of mind. Also no UHaul signage so good luck fining it.
