Parking lot where you pick up and drop off is a bit small, but nothing major. That was more than made up for by the professionalism and friendliness of the Minas TV staff. They were friendly, proactive, and answered all my questions. Glad I chose this site as opposed to some of the bigger Chicago U-Haul stores!

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my recent vehicle rental. My reservation was scheduled for 4:30 PM. However, the vehicle was not provided to me until approximately 5:20 PM, resulting in a delay of nearly one hour. This delay significantly affected my plans for the day
