Aram and Raffi were incredible professionals. Their site officially opens at 9:30a and when we ran into an unforeseen event, they offered to be available to complete the pickup at 9:00a! AHMAD AParking lot where you pick up and drop off is a bit small, but nothing major. That was more than made up for by the professionalism and friendliness of the Minas TV staff. They were friendly, proactive, and answered all my questions. Glad I chose this site as opposed to some of the bigger Chicago U-Haul stores!
