Staff was helpful and friendly. One minor issue, not really a U-Haul complaint, but a Ford complaint: The fuel gauge display was so poorly designed that I could not tell how much fuel was in the tank; the display faded from light blue to dark blue, but there was no "needle" indicator to show exactly how much was in the tank and it wasn't clear if the different shades of blue meant anything or not.

Stephanie SThe owner, Minus was a jerk when I dropped off the truck. My movers said if it would have been them renting they would have gotten into it with him. There was no reason for his rudeness. The trucks were fine and equipment.
ROBIN FI was a llittle surprised by the location ... I only found it because of a review comment saying it was in a tv repair shop. There was no obvious uhaul sign that I saw. The buidling actually kind of looked abandon. However, the guy running the place was SO nice, efficient, helpful etc. He seriously couldn't have been any better. My van was ready when I go there. the vehicle was modern, in great shape, perfect for what I needed. I did the check in online before hand. The only glitch was entering my birth year and license exp. year. For some reason the fields wouldn't update. Check in after hours was convenient. I almost turned my key in before reading the sign above the key drop box before taking interior photos so that could have been in explained in a little more detail during checkout. Maybe it was and I flaked. In any case it all turned out find and overall it was an extremely pleasant customer service experience.
