Poor WiFi so he couldn’t get the contract to load. When I asked if the dolly and furniture pads were in the truck, he said “if they aren’t I could call customer service” Then he told me I could look through the other trucks for my supplies. In zero degree weather, I looked through trucks for furniture pads. Finally found some but the were damp from snow and ice

SCOTT OPick up was easy. The only problem was that I was supposed have moving blankets. None were included, and the personnel said he had never seen blankets in any rentals. I had to drive to another U-Haul location to get the needed blanket. I have had to make several calls and several chats to get it resolved. I still need to make another call to resolve the billing of the blankets.
