Drop-off lot was essentailly an abandoned lot with a drop box. There was no signage regarding it being a U-haul lot. If we hadn't seen one other truck in the lot, we would not have been confident the address given to us was correct. Lot conditions were poor. We also had the drop location changed twice from the original location listed at pick-up. Communication about the lot and the process specific to that location was poor. In bad weather, this would be an uncomfortable process.
