George was very helpful;, friendly and he made sure that the truck has safe to take it to Michigan.
MACIEJ BLocation opens 8:30 am. Owner showed up at 9:45 am while I was on the phone with U-Haul 800#. George made the excuse that he had to stop at the bank and "somewhere else". I told him I had called the phone number on his business sign. He said "Oh no. You should call this number" and pointed to his business card that was on the counter. I told him I could not call that number because the card was in the office and the office was locked. Duh. He did not offer any compensation for being an hour and 15 minutes late. I am very disappointed with how this rental went. The van ran fine and was perfect for the job.
KAREN LUnsure why my drop off location kept changing. We were first supposed to drop off at a location on Fullerton then less than an hour later given a drop off in the suburbs….this would have been too far for us to drive to with the 30 given milage. I called and was told almost all of the ones in the city were full. Was finally given one of the only ones left in the city which was still a 35 minute drive. The women helping me on the phone was nice and got rid of the 30 mile cap.
Michael MThere is nothing to improve at this location. They made it quick and easy to pick up and drop off. Very good/friendly/fast service 10/10. Thank you.
