I asked for a receipt and the only thing he could provide was a $9 gas charge on it which was unfortunate because I filled it to the mark which I received when getting vehicle. Employee said the computer showed otherwise. Thereewas no way to receive a full receipt of all final detailed charges in person and I am still wanting to know what FINAL billing was.

I was rented a UHaul with a dead battery that severely impacted my move. UHaul customer service promised a call back about a refund but never followed up.

Matthew TThe drop-off location I originally booked became over capacity, so a U-Haul agent had to call and switch me to another spot about 20 minutes away. The new location was hard to find—I didn’t realize where it was until I circled the block. The area itself is very tight to park in, and the angles were tough to manage. Thankfully, my wife was with me to help guide me into a spot.
