I rented a truck from this location recently, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The A/C in the truck wasn’t working, which made the drive extremely uncomfortable, especially in this summer heat. What made it worse was that there was no staff or office on-site, so there was no way to report the issue or request a vehicle exchange at the time of pickup. Additionally, I had trouble during the initial check-in process and had to call customer service to get the issue resolved, which delayed everything. Because of the lack of support and the condition of the vehicle, I would not recommend this location. Hopefully they address these issues for future customers.

Mohammed KEverything was great I enjoyed the ride I enjoyed the space I definitely love the location. However I have thick fingers and I just couldn't get that gas gauge on the app correct and was charged $30 for free when in actuality I refilled up with the right about. Manager John took care of it with a nice friendly voice and a calming Spirit as usual, thanks john!
