Maybe have some signage of where the trucks are actually located. This was a mobile reservation & it was INSANE. Adding all of my information in then & having to add all these extra contacts & not being able to successfully add photos was UNBELIEVABLE. Why not ask for all that information AHEAD of time so all we had to do was click a link to get the code for the key & drive away. It was FREEZING that day & being outside that long was UNSAFE. This is Chicago, YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER

Support was extremely rude, the app doesn’t work. I was stuck in 10 degree weather for 35 mins trying to check out because your app’s document scanner and photo upload system do not work.
