The 8x12 cargo trailer was not functional due to the left back lights not working. The representative was excellent and tried everything possible to have them work to no avail. Ended up taking a cargo van which was not ideal but at least it was an alternative. As stated the representative was excellent with great communication skills and went above and beyond to have it work out. To improve for the next customer is to have the cargo trailers serviced and operational prior to renting them.
