Christina SCheck engine light was on. Initial mileage and gas levels were incorrectly recorded on contract. Final mileage was incorrectly recorded on their end as well. I was charged 58 dollars more mileage than I used, and 32 in gas fees for 'not refuelling'. I had taken photos of the odometer and gas before leaving and upon drop-off, so customer service was able to refund me. Highly recommend double checking the gas and mileage listed on the contract before leaving the lot, and taking pictures as well, to avoid similar issues.
NATALIE OIt took over 45min of time in-person at the location and using your shitty app to rent the truck. I will not use uhaul again, nor will I recommend uhaul to anyone.
