I can not think of any way that would improve the truck rental process at the UHaul in Chino. The young man working there was more than curteous and helpful. I appreciated his professionalism and help.

The vehicle was under 25k miles but the interior smelled like cigarette and sweat. Maybe get vinyl seats and ban smoking. I would like to have a choice to pick a non-smoking vehicle.

Fast and easy service. I've used this location twice now for trailer rentals. Both experiences have been great.

I received excellent service, highly recommended, great customer service. good job Clay Rinie and Ethan Licher

Horrible front desk service. Ethan Licher does not know the rules and contract. Ethan definitely needs training. He only allowed me to use the truck for 11 hours. Rented the truck at 8am and had to return it by 7pm. I wasnt aware of the rental agreement but found out that the truck rental can be rented up to 24 hours. I should only be charged 1/2 day...

Best customer service I have ever received from any U-Haul location ever and don't plan on renting anywhere else!

I was severely disappointed in the equipment I was rented. While it was functional, and in good condition, there was mis-representation about what equipment I was actually renting. The advertising and marketing materials declare that the trailer is equipped with brakes, yet the dry-weight 2470 lb. trailer is NOT equipped with them! There is an emergency-disconnect braking system, but that only protects the trailer, and therefore U-Haul, and not the renter, nor does it enhance the safe operation of a tow vehicle. While my tow vehicle could accommodate the load, we had specifically been looking at this rental due to the fact that we would need trailer brakes. When I asked about this, the rental agent expressed to have no knowledge on how trailers worked. Further, as the trailer required a 6-pin to 4-pin adapter, (which I have but did not bring with me, since I was expecting a trailer with brakes on it) I was forced to purchase such an adapter before I could leave the lot with it. The revelations of the trailer brakes and the electrical adapter were not made until after the trailer was already hooked up, minus the electrical. Due to the lack of knowledgeable staff, and the mis-representation of rental equipment, I don't intend to return to U-Haul for my future needs.

5x8 trailer old & weathered, lots of oxidation. I had no issues with use or function. Trailer could use some fresh graphics.

straps, boxes and tapes should be stream lined at on call prices. Great inconvenience due to variation in practices from store to store

The customer greeting and service was very good, absolutely no complaints about that, the only thing i feel that they could stock a few of is the forearm carry straps to lift heavy loads with 2 people more easily.

The gentleman at the original pick up off of 11602 Ramona Ave in Chino, never apologized or tried to help. He picked up his painting pallet and started paining! Never asked or tried to help. No effort at all!

The employees are perfect, no complaints there. The problem is with the 10' trucks and the parking lot. These trucks have such horrible side mirrors that don't stay in position. Any bump and the mirrors move and can't see anything. Also, the location is terrible because the parking lot is so tiny. I understand most u-haul locations don't have customer parking, but usually have street parking. This location has no street parking at all, one must park at the nearby Lowe's or get dropped off.
